Experiencing food in so many aspects was one of the privileges of working at Sam's Boat in Seabrook for almost a decade. Serving it brought smiles to guests' faces, teaching new trainees about it made me appreciate the skills behind it all, and photographing it as a manager taught me how important it was to capture it in a way that conveyed our values as a restaurant: warm, inviting, and flavorful. These were qualities that made people stop their scroll and want to head over for dinner.
